The construction forms an L-shape.<br>A railing is supposed to provide support on unstable ground. But this one doesn\u2018t seem to be doing its job: the horizontal connections, steel and rigid, sag as if they were made of rubber. The L-shape also raises questions: What is being sectioned off here? Who is this railing protecting? Who is being given support?
