Many \u2013 such as Joseph Beuys\u2019s lemon (Capri Battery, 1985) \u2013 have already had a career in the art world and achieved cult status. Others \u2013 such as red cabbage, fennel, leeks, pineapple, eggplant, and peppers \u2013 are making their debut on this marketplace. Karin Sander is a master of minimal interventions who gives every-day objects new visibility and value by changing their context.
