Kultur.Kontakt.Konkret – Works from the Vass Collection
26. March - 11. June

The collecting of the Budapest-based master shoemaker follows the ideal of bringing together as complete a cross-section as possible of the history and present of constructive and concrete art. In addition to international positions, the exhibition in the ARTROOM SCHROTH, Hans-Kaiser-Room and Foyer of the Museum Wilhelm Morgner focuses on Hungarian artists. This is where the roots of the Vass Collection have been since the 1970s. Hungary had and still has a committed scene of this art movement, which produced many renowned representatives such as Dóra Maurer, István Haász, Vera Molnar or Victor Vasarely (†).
We would like to thank Mr. László Vass and the Művészetek Háza, Veszprém for the successful cooperation.
